The soundtrack for Fallen Tear: The Ascension reflects the game’s paring of the classic metroidvania-adventure with the mystical wilderness of a remarkable fantasy world.

The usage of ethnic instrumentation such as woodwinds, xylophone or conga embodies the indefinite of the world, while the broad orchestral tone and the agile piano sounds promise to carry the player through the fulfillment of the tasks. For the flute recordings I collaborated with the external professional instrumentalist Sandro Friedrich.
